This team challenge
is a fast, fun exploration of the famous Burbage Valley orienteering
course, where two teams compete head-to-head on opposite sides of the
valley. You can see each other but you cannot communicate, you select
a team with a team name and captain then you plan your route and set
out to collect all the hidden markers in the valley, in the fastest
time you can to beat the other competitors and win a bottle of champagne
at the end, that's well deserved.
This is good fun
and light hearted for the team or business taking part, they will have
to change their captain regularly to maintain a fresh leadership role
and motivation and drive to reach the goal and the rewards at the end,
like in business, the team must finish together and united to win.
