This activity is
a special challenge abseiling down a steep over hanging wall and then
ascending the same pitch of rock by means of a ladder that swings and
sways as you climb up. All safety ropes are used to prevent anyone falling.
This team challenge is fun and will enthuse the whole team into working
with others and problem solving. This is excellent if you send your
MD or Line Manager to go first by team votes, it shows that all members
have weaknesses even the higher up directors.
